Once an order has been placed, we cannot make any changes or modifications, including cancellations. Please review your customization details carefully before checking out.

Customization
Yes. Printed names on place cards cost an additional $0.75 per card. Please email us at orders@timelesspaper.com with your guest list as soon as possible after ordering. An elegant script font in black ink will be used unless otherwise specified.
No. Timeless Paper prints all designs and guest names before the cards are cut. They cannot be printed at home after cutting.
Yes. When ordering products that require custom designs, we offer two complimentary proofs.
Shipping & Delivery
Due to the customized nature of our products, please allow up to ten business days of production time before your order ships. If ordering for a wedding or party, allow at least ten business days plus 2–11 days for shipping before your event.
Yes. All items have international shipping options. Shipments outside the U.S. may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. These orders are final sale.
Timeless Paper does not guarantee any shipping dates — all dates are estimates provided by USPS. No refunds will be issued if your package arrives after your party date. Please order well in advance.
Returns & Damages
Due to their customized nature, Timeless Paper products cannot be refunded or exchanged. If there is a mistake on our end, we will replace the item free of charge.
Timeless Paper cannot be held responsible for orders lost or damaged in transit. Once an item is placed in the mail, it becomes the responsibility of USPS or the international postal service. Items are not considered lost until 30 days after the shipment date.
No — and that's intentional. All items are handmade and one-of-a-kind. Each piece is unique, and if ordering multiples, understand that each has its own character. No two look exactly alike.
